Travel Journal on the Go: 5 Easy Pages You Can Create en route

Keeping a travel journal doesn't have to be complicated. You don't have to write every day, and you don't need to plan the whole setup in advance either. Your journal should support you, not stress you.

Therefore, we have gathered five simple ideas for pages you can easily create during your holiday. Even if you only have a short time or are writing in bed before you go to sleep.

Today's highlight

One experience from today that left an impression on me was watching the sunset from the park. The sky turned a vibrant array of orange and pinks, casting a warm glow over everything. It was a simple moment, but it made me feel incredibly peaceful and grateful for the beauty around us.

2. Three things you'd like to remember

Small moments tend to disappear quickly when you're back home. Create a page where you write three things each day or week that you'd like to remember – smells, sounds, quotes, experiences. You can also write more or less if you feel like it.

3. Things you have collected

Create a page where you stick or tape tickets, stickers, brochures, small drawings or receipts. You can decorate with washi tape or stickers, but it doesn't have to be perfect. It just needs to feel cosy and give you something to look back on.

4. A mini-diary

If you fancy it, you can create a simple diary page where you write a little about the day. You don't have to write long paragraphs. The most important thing is that it suits your needs.

5. A page for reflection

It can be nice to have a place where you write a little about how you're feeling. Perhaps something has fallen into place. Perhaps you miss someone. Perhaps you feel inspired. Your journal is a place where you are allowed to be honest.
